It decreases impact, but makes it a little harder to register steps. I have to increase the intensity of my movements but I get a better workout, so it's fine. It's small enough (36" in diameter) that it can be stored in a clothes closet; and, it folds in half, if storage space is really limited. I bought it for my 2 year old for days when the weather is bad since she needs a lot of exercise. I researched many other trampolines and decided on this one as a physical therapist. Not only is she super happy on it, but I am too. I just had another baby and is has helped me get my pre-baby body back. The springs have great resistance and my "not handy" husband was able to put it together in about 10 minutes. It is as easy as unfolding it and screwing on the legs. I especially also like this b/c it folds in half and may be stored under the bed. Great product for $30.00. Thank you Amazon! |
