The air vents made sure it wasn't too hot in the stroller and still kept my baby very dry and comfy. It's made well and has nice heavy plastic. We used this the whole week while visiting relatives in Florida and I didn't have to worry about the stroller at all.Agree with previous reviewer on Uppa choosing not to include this with the stroller but then again how many new babies end up in rain storms?
