Uses lard for enhanced flavor. Great price on Amazon. If you have not tasted it before, I recommend visiting a local Asian supermarket that sells Taiwanese snacks and food items and try just one pack. Although each pack comes with four noodle patties, i tend to eat two patties for one serving. The noodle patties are small. The noodle is slightly thicker and has better texture than Maruchan ramen.
